Pastor James Story was born on the island of Guam in 1987 and moved with his family to the United States in 1988. He accepted Christ as his Savior in 1993 and has faithfully served the Lord ever since. Pastor Story has been a member of Hope Baptist Church since September 2022, where he has developed a deep love for the congregation and a strong desire to see souls saved.

He carries a sincere burden for the lost and a passion for preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Story is eager to serve the Lord at Hope Baptist Church, faithfully delivering insightful and thought-provoking sermons that encourage spiritual growth and biblical understanding within its growing congregation.

Pastor Story and his wife, Niki, are blessed with seven children: Connor, Anastasia, Taylor, Adrian, William, Rebecca, and Charlotte.
